Immune Booster Smoothie

This kid-friendly smoothie recipe will make three 8oz servings.  Enjoy it anytime.  It’s so easy to whip up, it makes an excellent snack.  Each serving has only 125 calories, no added sugar.  It contains 10% of recommended dietary fiber, 100% of Vitamin A, 50% of Vitamin C and 9% of Potassium, essential to for proper lung function!

12 oz     Immune Booster cold-pressed juice

¾ cup    frozen mango chunks

1           frozen or fresh banana

Recipe:  Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
