Spring Green Smoothie

This super nutritious recipe is an excellent meal replacement for weight loss and promotes healthy digestion.  It’s packed with immune-boosting Vitamins A and C.  To keep you feeling full, there’s 16% daily recommended fiber, 4 grams of protein, and 6 grams of heart-healthy fat.  The Spring Green Smoothie is even a good source of Calcium, Iron and Potassium, all for only 145 calories.  Makes 3 servings.

12 oz     Spring Green cold-pressed juice

¾ cup    frozen pineapple chunks

¼ cup    almonds

1 Tbsp  chia seeds

Recipe:  Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
